Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using IPM. This production-based role includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package. Training is available for the right candidate, with no prior experience required.

You will start each route ready to identify insects and pest harborage, explain personalized solutions, and maintain equipment and vehicle in top condition. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily routes and provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions during inspections.
• Perform work in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas as needed.
• Explain treatments and answer customer questions with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition and collect service payments when applicable.
