Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to conduct detailed home inspections, identify pest concerns, and tailor solutions for each customer. You will manage daily routes and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers base pay of $30–$40 per hour with commissions and monthly bonuses, along with paid training at $25/hour, paid holidays, benefits, a 401(k) match, and growth opportunities within a Colorado-based company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and 18+ years old.
• Preferred: experience performing home inspections.
• Preferred: experience in pest control or in-home technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed home inspections and identify pest concerns.
• Treat homes with various treatments and inspections.
• Communicate findings and share treatment plans with customers.
• Provide preventative measures and resolutions to keep homes pest-free.
• Maintain customer relationships and offer strategic recommendations.
