Job summary

Saela Pest Control in Kent, WA is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform detailed home inspections and identify pest concerns, delivering customized solutions for each customer.

You will manage daily routes, maintain customer relationships, and clearly communicate findings, plans, and preventative steps. Base pay is $30–$40 per hour with commissions and monthly bonuses, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for licensed Washington technicians.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license; must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily routes with regular customers and inspect homes for pest concerns.
• Explain findings during inspections and share treatment plans and preventative measures.
• Provide strategic recommendations to solve pest issues and maintain customer relationships.
