Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to conduct daily home inspections, identify pest concerns, and deliver customized, effective solutions to customers. You will communicate findings, propose treatment plans, and advise on preventive measures to ensure long-term pest-free homes.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, independent route management, and reliability across various weather conditions, with opportunities for growth within a growing Colorado company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Preferred: experience performing home inspections.
• Preferred: experience with selling.
• Preferred: experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, or other in-home technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily routes and regular customers, treating homes with various treatments, inspections and techniques.
• Explain findings to customers during inspections and share treatment plans and preventative measures.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and provide strategic recommendations to keep homes pest-free.

Responsibilities

In this position, teammates will have daily routes and regular customers, where they will treat homes with various treatments, techniques, and inspections. Teammates goals are to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Communication is a key part of being a Pest Control Technician with Saela. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings during inspections, sharing treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and resolutions to help keep our customers pest-free.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator)
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• You must be comfortable using and moving a ladder
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
