Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to conduct detailed home inspections, identify pest concerns, and provide custom treatment plans for customers. You will work on daily routes with regular clients, communicate findings clearly, and recommend preventative measures.

This full-time on-site role offers a base pay of $30–$40 per hour plus commissions, paid training, PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) and other benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.
