Job summary

Saela Pest Control in Utah is seeking a Pest Control Technician to conduct detailed home inspections, identify pest concerns, and tailor treatment plans for each customer.

You will work with daily routes, maintain customer relationships, communicate findings clearly, and provide preventive recommendations while upholding Saela's commitment to service and integrity. Competitive pay $30–$40/hour plus commissions, paid training, PTO, and a path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed home inspections and identify pest concerns.
• Provide custom pest control solutions and treatments.
