Job summary

Saela, based in Utah, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to manage daily routes and inspect homes for pest concerns. You will treat homes, communicate findings, and provide plans to keep customers pest-free.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, delivering strategic recommendations, and promoting Saela’s service quality. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily routes and serve regular customers, applying treatments and performing inspections to identify pest concerns.
• Communicate findings to customers and share treatment plans, preventative measures and resolutions to keep properties pest-free.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while delivering high-quality service and strategic recommendations.
