HomeTeam Pest Control is seeking a skilled Technician to service homeowners on their route and diagnose pest issues while offering additional treatments when needed.

Maintain your pest control license, attend seminars, and submit accurate service tickets. This role supports independent work with occasional Saturday routes and a strong opportunity for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Branch 2 license, training and licensing for Branch 3 after hire.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
