Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service homeowners and deliver exceptional customer experiences on a defined route. You will diagnose pest issues, discuss solutions, and maintain a professional appearance of yourself and all company equipment.

The role requires keeping licenses current, attending seminars, and working independently with occasional Saturday shifts. A supportive team and growth opportunities are provided alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing service experience and be comfortable working independently on a route.
• Maintain a professional appearance including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Keep pest control knowledge current by attending seminars and maintaining licensure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate ladders safely as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance of yourself and company equipment.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and suggest additional services as needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend seminars to stay current.
• Submit clear service tickets to office staff for each visit.
• Work independently and stay motivated while on the route.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to complete the week’s route.
