Job summary

Orkin in Winter Haven, FL is seeking an Orkin Pro to deliver premier pest protection on assigned service routes. No industry experience is required; you will receive award-winning training and a company vehicle with a gas card.

You will grow through safety-focused practices, professionalism, and a proactive, empathetic problem-solving approach to meet customer needs and discuss additional services. A comprehensive benefits package supports your growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (paid by company)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in their businesses/homes

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route schedules to reach each customer safely
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Provide empathetic problem solving and recommendations to customers
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties
• Document service activities quickly and accurately on handheld device
