Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking skilled pest-control technicians for Flagstaff, AZ, with travel across Northern Arizona. This full-time role involves visiting residential and commercial customers, educating them on pest conditions, and delivering effective treatments per company protocols.

You will maintain equipment, document work, and grow with a fast-expanding team. Candidates should fit the company culture, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills through verbal and written means.
• Excellent customer service and in-person presentation abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform kneeling/bending as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain positive and professional relationship with clients

• Comply with all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and state‑compliant vehicle
• Maintain clean and functional service equipment
• Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
