Job summary

United Pest Solutions in Kenmore, WA is seeking a FT Technician to estimate pest control treatments and carry out maintenance plans for residential and commercial clients. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a professional appearance.

You will serve as the subject matter expert, delivering effective pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs and maintaining equipment and records with accuracy. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or pest control license strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE and literature.
• Focus attention on duties during work hours as directed by supervisor.
