Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a customer-focused Route Technician to service homeowners on an assigned route. You will diagnose pest issues, discuss additional services, and maintain a professional appearance with company truck and uniform.

The role offers competitive pay ($50K-$60K annually), a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Branch 2 license, training and licensing for Branch 3 after hire.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.

Education
