Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.
