Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Join our team and take care of commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions and treating customer facilities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Work hours as needed to complete complex customer requirements.
