Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, seeks a field-facing pest management professional to inspect commercial facilities, develop and implement solutions, and maintain precise records. A driver’s license is required, and a pesticide license is pursued within the initial 90 days with company support.

Compensation is competitive: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with earnings potential from commissions and a company vehicle program including a gas card.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Willingness to travel within North Carolina and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial accounts through professional service and documentation.
• Identify and implement pest control solutions for customer facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of services and inspections.
• Train and learn pest control methods and products through provided programs.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
