Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins Corporation, is seeking a field role to service commercial accounts and perform inspections, develop pest-control solutions, and document activities. You'll build strong client relationships and participate in a growing, financially stable organization.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth inspections, delivering professional service, and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must be able to attain Pest Control License and CDL Class C License with Haz. Mat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers using provided training and company resources to determine the best solution for each customer’s needs.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.
