Job summary

Pointe Pest Control is part of PestCo’s family of companies and seeks a full-time pest control associate in Hannibal, MO. Responsibilities include estimating treatments, performing scheduled visits, and delivering tailored pest solutions while upholding safety and professionalism.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pest control license is preferred but not required; background check and drug screen are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local rules.
• Serve as subject-matter expert to implement effective pest solutions for each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork and literature.
• Stay focused on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.
