Job summary

Pointe Pest Control, part of the PestCo family, is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Hannibal, MO. You will provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, and deliver tailored pest solutions for customers while adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include scheduling, on-time visits, and maintaining equipment, PPE, and records. A valid driver’s license is required, and a Pest Control license is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance for customers.
• Schedule and complete all appointments on time per company policy and local regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert to recommend the most effective pest control solutions.
• Operate all safety equipment properly and maintain PPE, vehicle, and tools.
• Maintain professional appearance and keep paperwork and literature up to date.
• Follow supervisor directions and devote full attention to duties during working hours.
