Job summary

Pointe Pest Control, part of PestCo family, is hiring a field technician in Hannibal, Missouri. You will provide pest control services, estimate treatments, and ensure customer satisfaction while complying with safety standards.

We offer a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with company vehicle, uniform, phone, and training. No relocation required; experience is a plus but not mandatory. Join a growing team under PestCo’s family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication through verbal, written and in-person.
• Customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continuous maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local rules.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, literature).
• Focus time and attention on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
