Job summary

You will identify opportunities, provide recommendations, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize pest control strategies while supporting training and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional pest control education a plus.
• Associate degree in technical field preferred.
• Experience in pest control or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with pest control management software and tools.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the pest control program implemented by an outsourced company.
• Identify and assess pest control opportunities and provide expert recommendations.
• Track and manage work orders related to pest control initiatives.
• Execute pest control work orders and initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with site SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and findings.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure pest control measures are effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize pest control strategies.
• Provide training and guidance on pest control best practices to staff as needed.
