Orkin, LLC is hiring a Termite Technician (Maintenance) in the United States. The role includes company-paid training, safety-first responsibilities, and performing route-based pest-control tasks while maintaining professional standards.

You will drive a company vehicle, install services such as attic and crawlspace work, document activities with a handheld device, and earn $22–$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits. No experience required, HS diploma, driver’s license, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businessesand/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy and Orkin Pro expertise to recommend solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services (attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, energy efficiency barriers)
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Complete all required service-related documentation with a handheld device

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Driver's license

Pesticide license within 90 days
