Orkin is hiring a Termite Technician (Maintenance) in the United States. No industry experience is required as Orkin provides award-winning training to start a pro-career dedicated to protecting homes and businesses.

Earn $20 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and more. You will drive a company vehicle in your territory and deliver effective pest control solutions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company provides comprehensive training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in their homes or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory.
• Interact with customers with professionalism and integrity.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening and applying Orkin Pro expertise to provide effective solutions.
• Prepare and install home or business services (e.g., attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations) for energy efficiency.
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all required service documentation using the provided handheld device.
