Job summary

Pestban is seeking a Pest Control Technician to travel to customer sites, assess pest problems, and implement customized treatment plans in homes and businesses. You will build long-term relationships with clients while protecting their spaces from pests and ensuring safe, compliant service delivery.

The role requires a valid driver's license, English literacy, ability to work 40 hours per week (including some weekends), and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, etc.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Solid attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service to clients on the route.
• Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during service.
• Ability to move around customer locations, climb stairs, and maneuver equipment safely.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations and document service using handheld devices.
• Work independently on assigned routes and maintain vehicle cleanliness and order.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Perform duties in various weather conditions and follow all safety guidelines.
