Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician to deliver residential pest management services. You will identify pests, apply treatments, educate customers, and help expand our product offerings while meeting safety regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong reading, writing, and communication skills. Availability Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to reduce future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations for pest control products and safety.
