Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a reliable field technician to service homes on assigned routes. You will diagnose pest issues, present solutions, and maintain a professional appearance with company truck and tools.

Responsibilities include accurate ticketing, independent work, and occasional Saturday shifts. A valid pest control license and ongoing education are encouraged for ongoing growth and opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.
