Industrial Fumigant Company in Yuma, AZ is seeking an entry-level Pest Control Specialist to service commercial accounts. You will conduct inspections, develop solutions, and treat customer facilities while maintaining professional customer relations and precise documentation.

Training is provided to build knowledge in pest control methods and products, with a pathway to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Some travel required; route between Phoenix and Yuma, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide problem-solving support using training and company resources to determine the best solution for each customer.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, work independently, and stay self-motivated.
• Gain knowledge in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Some Travel Required - - Route will be split between Phoenix and Yuma, AZ

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
