The Industrial Fumigant Company, a Rollins subsidiary, is hiring for a field-based pest control role serving commercial accounts in Phoenix and Yuma. You will conduct inspections, develop solutions, and document activities with professional service and precise records, while building strong client relationships and growing with a financially stable team.

Competitive pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus potential commission and a company vehicle with gas card; comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Some travel between Phoenix and Yuma, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers using provided training and company resources to decide on the best solution.
• Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and self-motivation to work independently.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods and products through training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
