Job summary

Industrial Fumigant Company seeks a field associate to service commercial accounts in Tulsa, OK. You will conduct inspections, develop pest control solutions, and maintain professional customer relations.

You will be trained in pest control methods and products, maintain detailed records, and work flexible hours to meet customer needs in a nationwide, food-industry-focused company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for food and commodity industries
• Some weekend and holiday work required
• Ability to obtain CDL with Hazmat and Kansas 7B/7E licenses

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers professionally.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers using training and company resources to determine best solutions.
• Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and work independently.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods and products through training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Willingness to work the necessary hours to satisfy complex customer requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
