Industrial Fumigant Company in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a field-focused professional to support commercial pest management. You will perform in-depth inspections, develop tailored treatment solutions, and document activities for business clients with precision and care.

You will build lasting client relationships, solve problems with training and company resources, and maintain accurate records. The role includes ongoing training and the chance to grow with a national leader in food industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Able to work in the field independently and manage routes.
• Pest control experience in food/commodity industries preferred.
• Some weekend/holiday work may be required.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement and related licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and promptly.
• Serve as a problem solver using training and company resources to choose the best solution for each client.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all customer and IFC records.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to meet complex customer requirements.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
