Elizabethtown Pest Control is rapidly expanding in Hardin County and Elizabethtown, Kentucky, in partnership with OPC Pest Services. We offer full-time employment year round, competitive wages, and a stress-free work environment with a take-home vehicle to start and end routes.

Pest Control Technicians provide pest management services to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers. No pest control experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive benefits and a great work-life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality pest management services to commercial and residential customers in accordance with guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and seek opportunities for base growth.
• Read and follow all product label instructions during pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities (service tickets, inspection reports, service agreements).
• Coordinate with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services.

You will…

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers;

• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;

• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/ reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary;

And serve as a key member of the branch team!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations :

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
