Job summary

Corky’s Pest Control is seeking dependable Pest Control Technicians for the Los Angeles area. We serve residential and commercial clients, with growth opportunities and a focus on safe, effective pest control and outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a CA pest control license (preferred), 3+ years driving, and a commitment to high service quality. Flexible schedule and occasional weekends are required; 40-hour weeks expected.

Qualifications

• Active California pest control certification or license preferred.
• Experience providing residential and/or commercial pest control services preferred.
• Valid California driver's license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Availability for a flexible schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Occasional weekend work opportunities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at every appointment.
• Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Inspect homes and businesses for structural, sanitation, and pest-related issues.
• Assess pest problems and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform pest control services using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommended solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain and manage an assigned service route.
• Drive a company vehicle safely to customer locations.
• Use handheld technology to document services, inspections, and customer information.
• Read, understand, and follow product labels and SDS documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly use required PPE.
• Maintain the cleanliness and working condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Stay current on company products, services, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Establish effective working relationships with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and office personnel.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
• Constantly look for the best solutions for our customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
