You will service homeowners along your route, diagnose pest issues, and present solutions while maintaining a professional appearance and vehicle. The role emphasizes independence and ongoing certification, with a Saturday work option.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services if appropriate.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to stay sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
