Corky’s Pest Control in Los Angeles is seeking a dependable Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial properties. You’ll identify pest issues, perform treatments, and provide recommendations to prevent future problems, while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications include CA pest control certification or license, FR-2 license preferred, and a valid CA driver’s license. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Active California pest control certification or license preferred.
• California Field Representative Branch 2 (FR-2) license preferred.
• Experience providing residential and/or commercial pest control services preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service at every appointment.
• Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Inspect homes and businesses for structural, sanitation, and pest-related issues.
• Assess pest problems and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform pest control services using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommended solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain and manage an assigned service route.
• Drive a company vehicle safely to customer locations.
• Use handheld technology to document services, inspections, and customer information.
• Read, understand, and follow product labels and SDS documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain the cleanliness and working condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Stay current on company products, services, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Establish effective working relationships with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and office personnel.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
• Constantly look for the best solutions for our customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
