Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and follow route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and learn daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Interact professionally and with integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs.
• Prepare and install home or business services (attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, etc.).
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service-related documentation using handheld device.
