Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in Moberly, MO. You will provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, and perform scheduled visits to residential and commercial customers.

The role emphasizes safety, professional appearance, and accurate record-keeping, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as part of PestCo’s team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, in-person).
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or Pest Control license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time according to company policies and local rules.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers, delivering the most effective pest solutions.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork).
• Focus on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
