Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Tucson, AZ. You will maintain client relationships, educate customers on pest conditions, and provide service per company protocols. Overnight travel may be required and daily appointments plus paperwork are expected.

You will uphold safety procedures, keep equipment and vehicles clean, and offer maintenance or one-time treatment estimates. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, literature.

Schedule: Monday-Friday(Saturdays Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
