Pointe Pest Control, part of the PestCo family, is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Hannibal, MO. You will visit residential and commercial customers, provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, and perform pest control solutions with safety and professionalism.

No experience required; paid training is offered. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and a clean background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in-person interactions.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or Pest Control license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with company policies and local rules.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote full attention to duties as directed by supervisor and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
