Job summary

Pro Active Pest Control is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians in California. No experience is required as paid training and state licensing are provided for the right candidates.

You will manage service routes, perform inspections and treatments, and educate customers on prevention methods. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a CA pest control license, pass a background check, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good DMV record.

Qualifications

No experience required; paid training provided and state licensing for the right candidate.
Willing to obtain CA State Pest Control Board license as needed.
Must have or obtain a valid driver’s license and good DMV record.
Pass live scan, state exam, and licensing within 90 days if not licensed.
Background check and MVR review required for insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Manage an established service route and new customers.
Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on services and prevention methods.
Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling.

Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed
Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company’s auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
