Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training and licensing provided.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CA State Pest Control Board license (Applicator or Branch II).
• Ability to pass a live scan and state exam; licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established service route and new customers.
• Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers on services and prevention methods.
• Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling.
• Help meet company service and sales goals.
• Continuously build skills and product knowledge.
• Train alongside a licensed technician if not yet licensed.
