Pro Active Pest Control is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians to join our team in California. No experience is required—we provide paid training and state licensing for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willing to obtain CA Applicator license; license within 90 days if not currently licensed.
Valid driver's license with a good DMV record.
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment; climb ladders; work at heights.
Pass a live scan and state exam; background/MVR checks as required.

Responsibilities

Manage an established service route and new customers.
Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on services and prevention methods.
Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling.
Help meet company service and sales goals.
Continuously build skills and product knowledge.
Train alongside a licensed technician if not licensed yet.

Strong time management and multitasking skills
Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board
Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed
Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company's auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
