Qualifications

No experience required; paid training and licensing provided.
Must have or be willing to obtain a CA State Pest Control Board license (Applicator or Branch II).
Ability to pass a live scan and state exam; licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

Manage an established service route and new customers.
Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on services and prevention methods.
Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

Manage an established service route and new customers
Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a good DMV record
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board
Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed
Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company's auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
