Pro Active Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our Specialty Division, handling advanced pest and exclusion services for residential and commercial customers in California and Arizona.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer interaction. Training is provided, including state licensing and the tools to build a long-term career in pest control.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain California SPCB Branch II or III license (training provided).
• Excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work in field-based roles and lift/move equipment.
• Experience with basic construction or repair work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete established service routes.
• Perform specialty repair and exclusion services within the team scope.
• Troubleshoot rodent, exclusion, and pest-related issues.
• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform pest treatments and specialty services.
• Exercise strong daily time and route management.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations.
• Support company production, service, and sales goals.
• Continually refine skills, knowledge, and technical abilities.
• Follow company safety standards, procedures, and SOPs.

Join Our Growing Specialty Team

Pro Active Pest Control is currently seeking motivated individuals with construction, handyman, maintenance, or home service experience to join our growing Specialty Division.

Our Specialty Team handles advanced pest and exclusion services including rodents, bed bugs, birds, termite services, insulation, and other specialty work for residential and commercial customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, customer interaction, and working independently in the field.

No pest control experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.

We provide paid training, state licensing, and the tools needed to help you build a long-term career in the pest control industry.

• Experience using power tools and performing basic construction or repair work preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain a California SPCB Branch II or Branch III license (paid training provided for qualified candidates)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills

Schedule

Full-Time Position
Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed.
