Waynes in Tennessee is seeking a pest control technician with no prior experience; training will be provided. Base pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and certifications, with typical earnings of $40k to $55k+ on a production route.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and treatments.
• Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage.
• Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients.
• Daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss production and issues.
• Attend regular meetings and maintain office presence.
• Resolve customer issues and meet sales targets.
• Assist in collection efforts and work under deadlines.
• Build relationships and promote excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Job Description:

• Perform inspections and treatments

• Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to clients
• Have daily check-in with Supervisor to discuss the day’s production and any issues, questions, or concerns that arose during the day
• Must attend regular meetings and must be punctual with a consistent presence at the office
• Resolve customer issues
• Meet sales targets
