Job summary

PestCo is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team in Moberly, MO (and nearby Macon, MO). You will provide one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, following safety protocols to deliver effective pest solutions for residential and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Dedicate full attention during working hours to duties as directed by supervisor and company.

Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but no required)
