Job Description

As a Pest Control Technician, you will follow a daily route to treat customers' homes with various pest control methods, conduct inspections, and address pest concerns. Your goal is to solve customer issues while providing excellent service, maintaining relationships, and offering strategic advice.

This role offers an excellent chance to apply your technical skills and develop your sales and problem-solving abilities.

• Wage ranging from $25 - $30 / hour (including base pay, servicing commissions, sales commissions, and bonuses)

After training, you'll receive a company vehicle with a fuel card and a company cell phone or reimbursement.

What to Expect

You will treat about 12 to 14 homes daily, with routes assigned to build customer relationships. You will inspect properties for pests, identify entry points, and develop treatment plans. Clear communication with customers about findings, treatments, and preventative measures is essential.

You may need to visit our warehouse in Centennial, CO for meetings, training, and supplies.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 6 months of customer-facing service experience
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills

Experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or related fields is encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Be clean-shaven for safety (respirator use)
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics
