Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient pest solutions
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently and interact with customers

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, sometimes including respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
