Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers, deciding on the most efficient and effective pest solutions.
5. Complete all required documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use a ladder within weight limits.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
