Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve customers on the road around Kansas City, KS. You will report to the Lenexa, KS office weekly and operate a company vehicle with paid training and benefits.

Responsibilities include running daily routes, treating pests per state laws, maintaining equipment, and providing top-notch customer service. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required; experience is not necessary as training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily routes resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by delivering effective pest solutions.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and carry a ~50 lb backpack on route.
