Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to operate on local routes in the Greenville, NC area. The role reports to the Wilmington, NC office weekly and offers a full-time schedule with overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, and paid training.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour with uncapped bonuses, a 401(k) match, and a suite of health and life benefits. This position emphasizes teamwork and independent route work in a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• A valid US driver's license for at least 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than 1 moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per state and federal laws.
• Advise customers on potential problems and solutions.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and supplies.
